Terms and Conditions
Order Details: Shortly after placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Delivery: We deliver only within the EU and cannot accept orders from other countries at present. Goods will be despatched as soon as possible via Royal Mail, TNT or European freight carrier. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery. If your parcel has not arrived within this time, please contact us and we will track it for you. If you require your goods urgently, please let us know and we will endeavour to do our best for you.
Postage: Postage is decided upon by weight and will automatically be added at checkout for UK mainland deliveries. The Postage calculator will automatically reset to zero once you have spent the minimum £150 wholesale amount. Any orders to EU will have shipping quoted and agreed upon separately before we commence with your order. We have used several companies to deliver pallets around Europe and will always try to find the best deal for you. You are also welcome to send your own carrier to collect goods.
Payment: After completing your order by credit/debit card, you will see a message informing you your card has been charged. This is a standard setting on the website and your card will in fact not be charged until the goods are ready for despatch. If you choose to pay by Paypal, you will be charged automatically.
Returns: All goods are covered by our 14 day 'money back guarantee' providing they are returned in their original condition and packaging. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
WHOLESALE ORDERS
There is a minimum wholesale order of £150. All wholesale prices include delivery by courier to mainland UK addresses. Orders to be delivered elsewhere will be quoted separately. VAT is included. Most orders will be delivered within 14 days, unless products are out of stock. All our products are handmade by ourselves, therefore colours and designs may vary slightly!
